All sales are considered final at the time a property is purchased for cash, a down payment is made for owner financing, or a deposit is placed to hold a property.
No refunds are provided for cash purchases, down payments, or deposits under any circumstances.

Please complete your due diligence before making a purchase to ensure the property meets your personal needs and intended use.

Cancellation Policy

If you are purchasing through our owner-financing program, you may cancel your agreement at any time without penalty.
Discount Land Investing will retain any payments already made but will not pursue any additional balances or future payments beyond what has been received.

This flexible cancellation option allows buyers to stop payments at any time if circumstances change.
No negative credit reporting or collection activity will occur as a result of cancellation.
