Cancel Anytime – No Penalty Guarantee
If you are unable to continue making your owner-financing payments for any reason, you may cancel your agreement at any time without penalty.
Discount Land Investing will retain any payments already made but will not pursue any additional payments or collection activity.
We also guarantee that no negative entries will be reported to your credit file as a result of cancellation.
Refund Policy
All sales are final at the time of cash purchase, initial down payment for owner financing, or placement of a deposit.
No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Please perform thorough due diligence before completing your purchase to ensure the property meets your needs and expectations.
Property Delivery & Use
Upon signing an owner-financing contract, you (the Buyer) may begin using and improving the property in accordance with county regulations and applicable zoning laws.
Permanent structures may not be built until the deed has been fully transferred into your name.
Usage rights and responsibilities are detailed in your purchase agreement.
Property Ownership
Once the deed is officially recorded in your name, the property is entirely yours to use, build on, or develop as desired — in compliance with local laws.
After deed transfer, you (the Buyer) assume full responsibility for any ongoing or future obligations associated with the property, including taxes, association fees, and maintenance.
It is the Buyer’s responsibility to conduct all necessary due diligence prior to purchase.
Discount Land Investing and its partners are not responsible for covering any taxes, liens, or additional expenses once the deed is transferred.
