Cancel Anytime with No Penalty Guarantee – If you're unable to continue making your owner-financing payments for any reason, you will not be responsible for any remaining balance or term specified in your contract. Discount Land Investing will retain payments already made but will not pursue any additional payments. Furthermore, Discount Land Investing guarantees that no negative entries will be made on your credit report.
Refund Policy – All sales are considered final at the time of cash purchase, initial down payment for owner financing, or when a deposit is placed. No refunds will be provided. Please perform thorough due diligence before completing your purchase to ensure the property meets your needs.
Property Delivery – Upon signing an owner-financing contract, you (the Buyer) may begin using and improving the property in accordance with applicable regulatory guidelines, though you may not build permanent structures until the deed is fully transferred. Usage rights are subject to the terms outlined in your contract.
Property Ownership- Once the deed is transferred to you, the property is entirely yours, and you are free to build and develop as desired. Please note that after the deed transfer, you (the Buyer) assume full responsibility for any outstanding debts associated with the property, including taxes and liens. It is explicitly not the Seller's responsibility to cover these debts. It is crucial to conduct thorough due diligence prior to finalizing your purchase decision.
